Frequently asked questions
Is Hey Ruby free?
Signup turns on the base playbook. The others cost one credit. There is no card form in this version.
Does the agent invent jobs?
No. Unknown facts render as DATA NOT YET AVAILABLE. It must not invent employers, titles, dates, metrics, or open roles.
Do I confirm the company?
No. You confirm your own brief. Company type, size, products, and buyers come from research, or they stay blank.
What if I add a company someone else already added?
You get the same shared file. Your notes stay on your private link.
When does sign-in skip setup?
After you press I’m done. Before that, sign-in returns you to install. It does not restart setup.
Can a magic link create an account?
No. The link is sent only if the email already exists. New accounts start on Start free.
